Hello all! This was supposed to be the 200K celebration video, but I ended up doing something else. I decided to go ahead and post this too 🙂 I don’t know anything about relaxation techniques. I don’t know anything about meditation or the correct way to breathe or anything medically correct about relaxation. But I do have something that isn’t on Google or in a book… My own experience!!!
