I really love their work and have been donating to them for a very long time. It is inspiring to know that I can help move forward with understanding the causes of mental health illnesses and how our brains work, so that hopefully one day, we will have the answers we need.

I get so many messages and comments from those of you struggling with anxiety, depression, even day-to-day issues that are just holding you back or hinder your ability to relax, sleep, and more. Although I share the same struggles, I have been nervous to talk about it for fear of saying something wrong or not knowing how to help because I am not a licensed professional. I am very happy to say that I believe in BetterHelp and I trust their service and have been using it for a long time. I can’t stress how amazing it is in this day and age to be able to type to my therapist with no time limit and no appointment-making. You can talk to them via livechat sessions and voice/video call if you want to as well, but I personally find myself using the messaging option the most frequently.
I hope that one day I can and will make a video covering these topics. Mental health is always something we should be working on and checking up on, both with ourselves and those around us. Please take care of yourself, take care of others, and know that you are not alone in your struggles, no matter how big or how small.
